At opticalwala.com, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your eyewear purchases. If you need to exchange your eyeglasses, sunglasses, or contact lenses, please read our specific exchange policy for each product category carefully :

1. Eligibility for Exchange :

– Items eligible for exchange must be in their original condition, unopened, and unused.

– The item must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

– We only accept exchanges for items that were purchased directly from Opticalwala.com.

– Exchange is not allowed on Sale Products.

– Exchange or return is not allowed on products like power glasses, contact lenses, power contact lenses (clear lenses), Glasses with any special coating(Tinted Vision, Photochromatic Coating, etc)

– In case wrong / faulty product is delivered to the customer, inform us within 24hrs of delivery and we will arrange the pickup from our end. The same will be picked up within 24-48hrs of receiving the request.

– Once the product is picked up, we will arrange to send the original product from our side. The delivery of the same will be processed within 3-5 working days ( no refunds applicable on this basis).

 • No Return/Refunds/Exchanges on Promotional offers/ any other offer/discounted orders.

 • Once a product is exchanged & delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund would be applicable on that order.

Refund Deductions:* Refund amounts for eyeglasses will exclude fixed shipping charges (70 INR), reverse shipping charges (100 INR), and 50% of the lens price as per the invoice. Refunds for frames, sunglasses, and computer glasses orders will exclude fixed shipping charges (70 INR), reverse shipping charges (70INR), and fixed convenience charge (60 INR).
